Online Nutrition Coaching

Food support that feels like it was made for your actual life.
Not the perfect version of your life.
Not the “fresh groceries, eight hours of sleep, no stress, no one needs me” version.
Your real life.
The busy weeks.
The skipped lunches.
The snacky afternoons.
The “I know what to do, but I’m not doing it” moments.
The training goals.
The body goals.
The food guilt.
The starting again every Monday.
At Bloom by Bella, nutrition coaching is about helping you feel more capable, nourished, strong and confident with food, without making health feel overwhelming, punishing or all-or-nothing.
I’m Belinda Jones, an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. I work with clients online across Australia.

A Different Kind of Nutrition Support
You probably don't need another random meal plan, strict rule list or “just be more disciplined” pep talk.
Most people already know a few things they could be doing.
The hard part is making it work when life is busy, your routine is messy, your appetite is unpredictable, you’re tired, stressed, training, parenting, working, socialising, or just trying to get through the week without food becoming another full-time job.
That’s where coaching helps.
We look at what’s actually happening for you, including your food routine, appetite, hunger and fullness, work, family, stress, training, food history, preferences and capacity.
From there, we turn it into clear habits, resources and next steps you can practise between sessions.

What We Can Work On
Nutrition coaching can help with:
-
building a more consistent eating routine
-
meal structure without needing a strict meal plan
-
hunger, fullness and appetite awareness
-
reducing food chaos during busy weeks
-
improving confidence with food choices
-
planning simple meals and snacks
-
supporting body composition goals in a way that doesn’t feel punishing
-
fuelling training and recovery
-
reducing all-or-nothing thinking around food
-
making food feel calmer, not more complicated
This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about having support, structure and practical strategies that still make sense when life gets loud.
How Nutrition Coaching Works
We start by looking at what’s actually happening for you.
Your routine, appetite, stress, family, work, food history, preferences, training and capacity all matter.
From there, we build a plan that feels realistic, clear and actually doable.
Coaching is delivered online, with support between sessions through Everfit. This means your habits, resources, check-ins and next steps are all kept in one place, instead of floating around in your brain with everything else you’re trying to remember.
Nutrition coaching includes:
-
fortnightly online coaching sessions
-
Everfit app access between sessions
-
focused habits to practise
-
practical nutrition resources matched to what we’re working on
-
off-week progress check-ins
-
brief in-app support for quick questions or clarification
You won’t be handed a rigid plan with no context and sent off into the wild.
We’ll work on the things that matter most for you, then adjust as real life happens.

Is This Right for You?
Nutrition coaching may be a good fit if any of this feels familiar:
-
wanting ongoing support between sessions, not just one appointment
-
starting again every Monday
-
food feeling chaotic, inconsistent or harder than it should
-
wanting structure without strict rules taking over
-
knowing the nutrition advice, but struggling to turn it into real-life habits
-
working on health, body composition or training goals
-
wanting advice that makes sense, but doesn’t make food feel more stressful
-
needing help making sense of what’s going on and what to do next
If one appointment and clear next steps feels like a better fit, that’s completely okay too. One-off dietitian appointments are available.
This may not be the best fit if you’re looking for:
-
a quick patch-up fix
-
changes that feel impossible to keep up
-
food police
-
someone to shame, scare or pressure you into change
-
a plan you don’t actually want to be part of
Nutrition change isn’t for me, it’s for you.
I’ll support you, guide you, help you make sense of what’s going on, and keep the next steps clear. But the goal is for this to work in your life, not just look good on paper.
If you have a Medicare referral from your GP, a Medicare dietitian appointment may be the right place to start.
Nutrition coaching is currently online only and available Australia-wide.
Ready to Get Started?
You don’t need to have the perfect starting point.
You don’t need to wait until life is less busy, your routine is more organised, or your food diary looks more impressive.
We just need an honest starting point.
If you’re ready for support that feels practical, kind, clear and still honest, I’d love to help.
